Manson adopts the latest Manufacturing Executive System (MES) to control, monitor, and log complex data flows, ensuring all critical stations are in order. Advanced test equipment and certified quality control procedures help guarantee our products' safety and reliability. Our facilities have been accredited with ISO 9001 by TUV for production and research.

Manson’s integrated ERP system allows us to maintain up-to-date engineering and production progress, as well as inventory control, ensuring the on-time delivery of quality products.

We are committed to the RoHS and WEEE directives. Our preparation for RoHS compliance began in 2004. A special committee was established to plan and work towards the RoHS roadmap, actively involving all departments, including purchasing, QC, QA, production, and R&D. A lead-free wave soldering bath was commissioned in September 2005, along with training in lead-free hand soldering. Since February 2006, we have exclusively manufactured RoHS-compliant products.
